On March 26, 2009 by Order of the International Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, Charles Thresh of KPMG Advisory Limited in Bermuda and Kris Beighton of KPMG in the Cayman Islands were appointed as Receivers of the Company. Charles Thresh and Kris Beighton were subsequently appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company on April 9, 2009 by Order of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the High Court of Justice of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

The Joint Provisional Liquidators have continued the role of the Receivers in assuming control over Millennium Bank Inc's affairs and to preserving it's assets & records. To ensure the preservation of assets, the Company's online banking system has been disabled.
